    This is my first completed post-apocalyptic novel. I originally intended for it to be a standalone novel, but I have begun mental work on a sequel, a dystopian story involving the same characters and the society that is forming after the now-passed pandemic.
    This (and hopefully the sequel) is a story about intelligence. Brains aren't everything, and sometimes people forget that. I explored these themes in this novel, and touched on many others.
    Right now I'm working on the second draft, though it is still a long way away from being ready to publish.
